In person position M-F. Salary $70,000-$100,000.

Responsibilities:
- Help establish goals and priorities within the department to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for over two thousand employees.
- Help establish and maintain policies, procedures and internal controls that ensure accuracy, labor law adherence and 100 percent regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to the development of processes that improve the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly financial close.
- Assist the Controller with high profile projects and initiatives.
- 3 years of General Ledger Accounting background.
- Expertise with ADP Workforce Payroll system.
- Payroll experience with larger organizations
- Strong technical skills in payroll areas – compensation, withholdings, benefits, garnishments, regulatory compliance, internal controls.
- Experience with multi-state organization(s).
- Experience with MS Office
- Excellent Excel skills with Pivot Table and V-Lookup experience
- SAP (or large-scale Human Capital system) a big plus.
- Implementation experience is a plus.
- Certified Payroll Experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or with similar degree with 3 years in payroll accounting
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident is required.
